Commercials that make you cry

When I was younger, I was more hard-hearted. Movies didn't make me cry. Neither did songs. I was all cynicism and detachment. Now, if a commercial catches me in the right mood, I tear right up and get all mushy. Here's one that made me teary in a movie theatre.

Isn't that just the sweetest thing ever? Do you guys ever cry at commercials? If so, which ones?

When I was pregnant with my son, those Chevy "this is our country" ads used to get me every time.

I'm not sure what my deal is, but yesterday, I went to see Eagle Eye, and I was sitting there munching my popcorn, all ready to see some stuff explode, and they played this commercial. I was like, cute, he married a younger woman...

And then BLAM. She looks in the jewelry box and her face is old too. OMG, that's how he sees her; she's still young and beautiful to him. *sniffle, snorfle* And I remembered something my husband said to that effect, ("You're prettier now than when I first married you") and then I was just crying away. Embarrassing.

Aww that is such a sweet commercial, and the song is so pretty too!

I sometimes cry in commercials too, I remember the first time I saw the ASPCA commerical (the full version)I cried so haaaard. I was still crying 5 minutes after it was over. Of course I had to sign up to donate. Sad thing is, I still cry (those puppies and kitties look so sad) all my friends know to change the channel when that commercial comes on, otherwise it's Kleenex time. :P

Oh yes - the ASPCA commercial where they're singing In the Arms of an Angel? That one gets me too. It's so sweet and so sad at the same time.
